{"id":1577,"date":"2011-12-11T16:44:14","date_gmt":"2011-12-11T16:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.markinchchurch.org.uk\/?p=1577"},"modified":"2011-12-11T16:46:12","modified_gmt":"2011-12-11T16:46:12","slug":"advent-candle-3-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.markinchchurch.org.uk\/?p=1577","title":{"rendered":"Advent Candle 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today is the third Sunday of Advent<br \/>\nOn the first Sunday in Advent we lit the candle of HOPE<br \/>\nOn the second Sunday in Advent we lit the candle of PEACE<br \/>\nToday we light the candle of JOY<\/p>\n<p>Our joy is in God and in his son Jesus Christ.\u00a0 Like hope and peace, joy is a gift from God.\u00a0 It blesses us when we remember what God has done and what he has promised to do.<br \/>\nWe light this candle today to remind us that Christ came, and\u00a0 is coming, so that all people might have life in all its fullness, that Christ\u2019s joy may in us and our joy complete.
