\nSummer Lunch<\/strong> The church is hosting a \u2018Summer Lunch\u2019 at Balbirnie Golf Club on Saturday 8th June, 12.30pm for 1pm. The two course lunch includes tea and coffee. Cost is \u00a316.50 including the tip. Names to Jean Forsyth with a deposit of \u00a36.50 by Sunday March 31st\u00a0 and the balance of \u00a310 to be paid by Sunday 26th May. Join us for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.
\nCare Home Residents<\/strong> As many of you know visits are made to Markinch Church Members who reside in Care Homes around Fife. Could you please let Meg Sankey know of all members known to be in Care Homes as I feel sure that not all are on our list. \nRotary Shoeboxes<\/strong> The Rotary Club of Glenrothes will be sending a\u00a0 delivery of \u2018shoeboxes\u2019 to Eastern Europe for Easter. If you or your family would like to support this extremely worthwhile cause please contact John Wood or Tracy Thomson.<\/p>\n

Tickets will be on sale soon. Please talk to the stall holders or those filling a hamper, to see what you can donate. It would be helpful\u00a0 to have your donations as soon as possible. Donations for the baking stall will be received on the morning of\u00a0 the Fayre from 9am onwards. Please invite your friends. Let\u2019s try and make this a really happy afternoon.<\/p>\n

\nFife\u2019s No. 1 Wind Band !<\/p>\n

The Rosyth Concert Band will be playing in the Church Hall on 8th March at 7.30pm. This event will be priced at \u00a34 per ticket, which will include a bowl of soup after the concert.
