The Induction service for a new minister (when found), will be at Markinch, as Markinch can cater for a greater number of people and the induction service is likely to be busier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday Service Times<\/strong> As we will become a joint charge on 5th June, the time of our Sunday services will change from 11am to 11:30am from 8th June 2014, with services at Thornton being at 10am.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Kirk Session<\/strong> will meet on Monday 26th May at 7.15pm. Can reports please be sent to John Wood by e-mail prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coffee Mornings<\/strong> on Thursdays from 10.00am &#8211; 11.30am in the church hall. Join us for tea or coffee and a chat. You are always welcome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday Coffee\/Teas<\/strong> Members can now pre-pay their Thursday coffee\/tea and raffle costs for the year. This will enable us to treat as income on which we can reclaim tax from HMRC. A token will be provided to show that payment has already been made. Members can make payment directly to Nancy Munro and will receive a token to show that they have pre-paid. It is intended to stick to the calendar year, so payments for 2014 will cover to 31st Dec 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Church Flowers<\/strong> If you would like a gift of flowers distributed to anyone in the congregation please contact Teresa Henderson on 01592 754892.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Youth Club<\/strong> are planning on adding some bedding plants to the flower tubs in the church hall garden. They would appreciate donations of plants and these can be left in the church hall until 19th June as this will be the last week the youngsters will be using the hall before the summer holidays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian Aid Envelopes<\/strong> Donations can be returned to the Church anytime during the next few weeks. Please check the Christian Aid website, the Church magazine or our Facebook page for information about the work of Christian Aid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GROW<\/strong> As a token of their sincere thanks for your continuing support the trustees and management committee of the GROW project invite you to a Sandwich and Sweet Meal at 6:30pm in St Margaret\u2019s Church on Thursday 12th June 2014, followed by the AGM and Thanksgiving Service at 7:30pm.
