If you are able to come along and help our team by serving tea and coffee following our Sunday service please contact John Wood or Tracy Thomson. The more names we have the fewer times you will be asked to help, hopefully this will only be once every 5 or 6 weeks.  Many thanks to those who already help, it is greatly appreciated.

Surafel – our sponsored child in Ethiopia The latest letter and a new photograph are on display beside the calendar in the hall. Would anyone wishing to contribute please add their name to the calendar and give the money to Helen, Moira or Suzy.

Recycle your old mobile phones and ink cartridges Recycling your old mobile phones and ink cartridges is a green way to raise money for Christian Aid’s work around the world. How does it help Christian Aid?  We’ll receive £4 for every mobile phone and £1 for each recyclable ink cartridge you return. Please bring your items for recycling with you on a Sunday and place them in the recycling box in the Church Hall and help the fight against poverty.

A Great Big Thank You from Tracy Thomson – As Christian Aid organiser in the congregation I would like to thank everyone who responded beyond my expectations to the Christmas appeal as we were able to send £620 to support Rogers, our modern-day wise man. This Christmas he travelled far from home to deliver hope and transform lives in rural Kenya. You can continue to find out more about Rogers, and the work of Christian Aid at www.christianaid.org.uk
We also sent a cheque for £60 from our Memories Tree towards a well in Kenya and £341 to Erskine Hospital.

The Flowers in Church today are dedicated to the Glory of God and in loving memory of Zena Ballingal. They are gifted to the church by Jean and family.
