The full name of the organisation is:- Churches Together in Glenrothes and District.
They are affiliated to ACTS (Action of Churches Together in Scotland) and locally sees itself as a fellowship of all the churches in Glenrothes and the surrounding area. They aim to encourage good working relationships in worship, study and community ventures. Markinch Parish Church is a member of Churches Together .
