Ministers Vestry Hour 12 noon – 1.00 pm. Please contact the Minister for an appointment – phone 01592-758264 or E-mail alex@arforsyth.com  In the event of hospitalisation, serious illness, family anxiety, bereavement or personal difficulty the Minister is readily available to visit. You have to let him know if he can help.

Coffee Mornings are held on Thursdays from 10.00am-11.30am in the church hall. Join us for tea or coffee and a chat. You are always welcome.

The Communion service in November will now take place on 25th November at 11am. Please note this date change in your dairies

Webb Ivory Christmas Catalogues are available in the Church hall for uplift and any orders have to be given to Tracy Thomson. 

Rag Bag – You can donate any clothes, towels, bed linens, shoes, curtains, towels, bags or textiles. If you need transport for your donation, please contact Marianne on 07801 279899 to arrange an uplift

Ordered Calendars or Christmas cards? Collect them from Jean over in the hall.

Sales Table – There are some knitted items for sale in the church hall. Please feel free to make a donation to church funds in the dish provided. If you would like to donate handicrafts, baking, plants, jams / chutney’s etc, please place them on the sales table before any church service.

Church Flowers – If you would like flowers distributed to anyone in the congregation during October, please contact Tracy Thomson on 01592 775772

Jigsaw Library Meg Sankey is going to be running this as part of this year’s fundraising efforts. To get this started would you please look out any unwanted jigsaws and bring them to Meg any Sunday at church or phone 01592 749633 and she will collect them. We plan to charge a nominal fee to borrow each jigsaw.

The Rotary Club of Glenrothes will be delivering shoeboxes again to the needy in Eastern Europe. Boxes are available for uplift in the hall. Remember to tape a £1 coin to the box after filling. The last day for uplift is 18th Nov 2012.

Army Benevolent Fund Fundraiser – 231 Evacuation Squadron (TA), 225 Medical Regiment are undertaking a 50k Quadathon in the Cairngorms this weekend in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund. This endurance event will include elements of Hill Walking, Scrambling, Abseiling, Mountain Biking and Kayaking over a distance of 50k. If you would like to support them in this event, there is a collection tin in the vestibule of the church following today’s service.

Friday 23rd November – A concert in the Church Hall by Bruce Davies to raise funds for Markinch Parish Church, more details to follow.
