Have a look at the new double glazing in the church hall. Many thanks to all who helped fund this project.

Christian Aid quiz sheets are on sale in church hall – only £1

The Date Of The Wine and Cheese Evening has been changed from April 19th to Friday, April 26th 2013. Tickets will be available next week from Marianne Sankey, Bryan Gould or Harry Gould. The price is £5.00 per person for this Social Event, and the focus will be on French for Friday.

Markinch Community Open Day The church plans to have a small display at the Open Day on Saturday 20th April from 11am to 3pm but unfortunately none of the Media Committee are able to man the stand due to previous commitments. If anyone is able to man the stand for even part of that time could you please speak to Ken Wilkie.

Church Flower Rota – As there are only 52 Sundays in the calendar year, flower donators who wish to choose certain dates may find themselves sharing. It is inevitable, on occasions, that more than one person will want the same date.   The more flowers in our church on a Sunday the better, as more people will enjoy the gift of church flowers.

Jigsaw Lending Library Available in the church hall following Sunday Service at a cost of £1 per jigsaw. If you require any information about this activity please contact Meg Sankey on 07834 729420.

Rag Bag Collection
Hopefully Spring will finally arrive, giving us the perfect excuse for Spring Cleaning. I would like to encourage everyone to take this opportunity to have a clear out.
The Rag Bag Collection continues to provide us with a small continuous income, but we continue to look for any textiles, curtains, bed linens, towels, clothes, bags and shoes. Please ensure that all donations are placed in a tied plastic bag.
If you cannot transport your collection or have a large donation that you need assistance to move, please do not hesitate to contact Marianne Sankey on 0780 1279899 to arrange collection.
Please feel free to ask neighbours, family, colleagues and friends to contribute as well.

Craft Items
There is a very prolific group of ladies who continue to produce craft items for sale for church funds.
If you have any unwanted craft items, fabric, threads, wool, half-finished kits or projects that you would like to donate to the fundraising effort, please contact Marianne Sankey, Meg Sankey or Karen Wood.
