Sunday School We have received our first letter from Surafel our sponsored child in Ethiopia. He tells us that he enjoys football and his favourite Bible story is about Moses. He lives with his parents in a village with no electricity or water. The full letter can be seen on the notice board in the hall. We need £252 to sponsor him for the year and you can add your name to the wall chart. Thanks to all who have already contributed this year.
Easter Chicks – Thank you to everyone who helped knit and who purchased the Easter Chicks. We managed to raise £124.00 toward the fabric of the Church.
The Flowers in Church today are dedicated to the Glory of God and are in loving memory of Russell Johnston. They are gifted to the church by his father Ian and Fatima.
GROW Fashion Show: A Fashion Show organised by M & Co in aid of GROW will be held in Markinch Church Hall on Friday 30th April at 7.30pm. Tickets (£4 for adults and £2 for children) are available from Joan Grant.

HELP RAISE MONEY FOR OUR CHUCH BY RECYCLING
During the next few months we will be collecting all types of unwanted textiles including adult’s and children’s clothes, paired shoes, hats, bags, belts, curtains, towels and bed linen.  We take all qualities of textiles, even ripped or with buttons missing!!!  Our Church will get money for every kilo of textiles we collect. Start collecting today and bring bagged items to the Church Hall, where we will store any items until our collection date later in the year.
